Indian branded smartphones makers know that their phone models will not sell in thousands, so, they look for big profits from low sales by cutting on specs. In this case, again, a display that will not work in sunlight, poor battery, poor build, poor selfie, and frequent hangups. Samsung is the best in build and specs. For e.g. with Samsung phones you get Whatsapp free for life unlike India-made phones where it is available for free for only a year after which you have to shell out $1/year. That maybe because these India-made phones will not last more than a year while a Samsung will easily last at least 5 years.
