Xiaomi is currently grabbing the headlines for its yet-to-be-announced Mi Note 2 and all of the sudden; a new smartphone powered by Xiaomi is spotted to be listed on two benchmarking sites like AnTuTu and Geekbench. Named as Xiaomi Meri, this phone tipped online, giving a glimpse of specs and features. As per the rumours, Xiaomi Meri is going to hit the market soon, probably in next month. However, from official sources, no information has yet been received.
On the site of AnTuTu, some images of Xiaomi Meri are spotted which are clearly indicating the major highlights of this upcoming smartphone. And these exclusive and top-of-the-line features enable the handset to score 758 points in the single-core benchmark and 3043 in the multi-core reference point. Apart from these two websites, Xiaomi Meri was also leaked on Weibo as well.
The leak suggests that the phone is supposed to be a mid-range model and will not run on the high-end processor. The tipped photos put forward that the phone features a massive 5.5-inch screen chummed on 1920 x 1080pixles display resolution. As far as the GPU is concerned, a Mali-T864 GPU is enriched in the smartphone, and the internal memory part is listed to pack 64GB of storage.
