True dedication of Mr Perfectionist for ‘DANGAL’: From fat to fit

Aamir Khan Dangal Fat to Fit

Aamir khan’s new drama film ‘Dangal’ is going to be released on December 23, 2016. The most eye-catching and interesting thing about this film is a complete body transformation of superstar and Mr. Perfectionist Aamir khan.

He gained approximately 90kg for playing the older part and then loose up to 30kg for the role of young Mahavir Singh.

It is said that he refused to wear a bodysuit to be in deep of the character. Director Nitish Tiwari suggested Aamir khan to play the young and lean part of Mahavir Singh first and then gain weight for the part of heavy and fat Mahavir Singh. But Aamir khan denied and wanted to do the older part first because according to him he needs the motivation to get back in shape again. And when the first part complete Aamir said to crew, “I hope you don’t see me like this ever again.”

Aamir also says, “I would like to mention that putting on weight and losing it so fast is very unhealthy. I did it for my film under the supervision of experts, but it is very unhealthy for any regular person.”

He said that touching 97kg is not easy for him ,its very uncomfortable for him to even bend down and also started suffering from breathlessness. But losing weight is, even more, harder than that.

The physical transformation of Aamir khan is commendable and shows what hard working means and shows his passion for his movies . He sets true goals for bulky people and true motivation for everyone. He showed that cutting mountains are also not impossible if you have confidence and hard work.

Dangal is a truly sports drama film directed by ‘Nitesh Tiwari’, produced by Aamir khan, Kiran Rao, Siddharth Roy Kapur; and starring Aamir Khan , Sakshi Tanwar , Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.

The film is based on real life story of Mr Mahavir Singh Phogat . The story revolves around her daughter, the India’s first female gold medalists in commonwealth games in 2010, Geeta Phogat. Its story is based on how a father struggles hard to fight against the society and taught her daughter to be a wrestler and make best of her.
