Benoist started attending dance classes at a very young age, which ultimately brought her appreciation and fondness from people. 

Initially, Melissa began her first acting career after an appearance in Tennessee in 2018 along with Mariah Carey. Later she grabbed the opportunity of playing guest cameos on shows like Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Blue Bloods, and The Good Wife meanwhile doubt her college studies.
