Samsung to launch Galaxy Grand Max on February 17

Samsung Electronics is apparently tipping few hints for the upcoming Galaxy Grand 3 smartphone with a new teaser “the grandest ever from Samsung”, which indicates next Grand device.

One of the sources confirmed that the company is going to unveil Grand 3, officially named as ‘Galaxy Grand Max’, next week in India. It is has been reported that the enterprise will reveal it on February 17, Tuesday. However, there is no confirmation about the price but looking at the legacy the company has maintained, one can easily expect for it to come under the price tag or Rs. 20,000.

The device is expected to run on Android KitKat 4.4 supported by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with 1.5GB of RAM. It will be featured with a 5.25-inch display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. For image shooting options, the device will carry a 13 megapixel of rear snapper coupled with a 5 megapixel of front-facing shooter. Under the hood, it includes 16 GB of internal storage and a 2,500 mAh battery.

Past this, Samsung Electronics is set to launch its flagship device for this year, Samsung Galaxy S6 by the end of March at the Mobile World Congress from March 2 to 6 in Barcelona. In line with previous rumours, the reports suggest that the device will carry a price tag around Rs 54,700 for 32 GB variant. Meanwhile, its 64 GB and 128 GB variant will be priced nearly at Rs. 62,000 and Rs. 69,300 respectively.

In addition, clouds are getting more clearer, and one can assume that the Galaxy S6 might get launched in upcoming MWC’15 as the South Korean giant has sent  invites for a Galaxy Unpacked event scheduled for March 1. The invite gives impressions of several smartphones including the Galaxy Note Edge and its curved edge variant.
