Friday saw the release of two new model of Samsung J series; Galaxy J2 Ace and Galaxy J1 4G. The former is carrying a face value of Rs 8,490 while Galaxy J1 4G has been priced at Rs 6,890. Both models will be available country-wide 16th January onwards.
Manu Sharma, Vice President, Mobile Business, Samsung India told reporters that the success of the company’s J series has encouraged them to further expand the portfolio under the same category. He also added that the constant aim of Samsung is to provide best-in-class 4G experience to their customers with an affordable price.
The best part of Galaxy J2 Ace and Galaxy J1 4G is that the former comes with a flashy selfie shooter and the latter is designed with a Super AMOLED display. Through these new models, Samsung is trying to adapt to Govt’s “Make for India” and “ride tension free” agendas. This is because the models are designed with Ultra Data Saving (UDS) mode to provide more saving of data and S bike mode to facilitate responsible driving among the users. Even the J2 Ace models will also host S secure and turbo speed technology. Through Turbo speed technology, device’s RAM will work 40% faster than other smartphones.
Users of both the phones can enjoy HD voice over and calling service as it is designed with LTE feature. Ace will offer larger 5” screen and a front flashing camera. It will be powered by 1.4 Ghz Quad core processor coupled with RAM of 1.5 GB. Similarly, J1 4G models will be powered ba1.3 GHz Quad core processor and 1 GB of RAM.
Ace will be available in Golden, Black and Silver colour and J1 4G will be also copy-paste the same with silver being replaced by White. Coming to the price, Galaxy J2 Ace will be cost around Rs 8,490 as compared to J1 4G models at Rs 6,890.
