Samsung, the South Korean Conglomerate is gearing up to launch its upcoming smartphones Galaxy S8 under its Galaxy S flagship soon, and rumours about the features of the phone have started taking the market by storm. According to a recently sourced report, Samsung is planning to ditch the standard display technology and to bring up new bezel-less display with the forthcoming Galaxy S8.
The main purpose behind incorporating the bezel-less display is to exert a pull on the mislaid customers of Galaxy Note 7. As per the latest reports, Samsung will launch Galaxy S8 with two variants like in terms of display variants like 5.7-inch and 6.2-inch with the bezel-less screen. Based on the fresh analysis, Samsung with the upcoming Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 flagships will focus more on the customers who botched to procure Galaxy Note 7 due to its discontinuation. Samsung will introduce two smartphones under the flagship of Galaxy S8, among which Galaxy S8 itself will ship with 5.7-inch bezel-less display and Galaxy S8 Plus is reported to arrive with a massive 6.2-inch with the bezel-less screen.
Expected specifications of Samsung Galaxy S8
Till now, we have heard that Galaxy S8 will go on sale with a 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch variants, while the recent reports have brought up completely new information according to which Galaxy S8 will flaunt a 5.7-inch and 6.2-inch variant. The report also added the new model to launch in February 2017. Both displays will be encompassed by bezel-less outlines incorporated with a home button. Hence, instead of Edge, we can expect the Galaxy S8and Galaxy S8 Plus with bezel-less screens.
Samsung is expected to introduce Galaxy S8 during MWC 2017, which is slated to hold in February 2017 and China will be the first country to get Galaxy S8, followed by other markets. Among other key features, Samsung Galaxy S8 will ship with Android 7.0 Nougat, Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 Exynos 8895 Octa processor, 64GB/128GB ROM and 6GB RAM, 12-mp rear and 8-mp front camera, Iris scanner, and fingerprint sensor. However, Samsung is yet to announce the specifications and launch date of Galaxy S8.
