Retail box of Yu Yureka Note spotted on Twitter, specs leaked

The well-known Indian smartphone brand, Yu Televentures is likely to launch its Yu Yureka Note handset. A post on twitter suggested that the smartphone with model name Yu6000 and a price tag of Rs. 14,999, will be soon available in Indian market via offline sales. However, since the company made its debut it is known for online retail.

The twitter user who posted the images on its micro-blog said that it has spotted the smartphone in some Facebook Group.

The tweet also shows the retail box of the phone in an image, which mentions its name as Yu Yureka Note. Meanwhile, it also revealed that the handset features a 6-inch full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) IPS display. It also fronted with an 8-megapixel of selfie shooter. While, it is backed with a 13-megapixel of rear camera.

Under the hood, the Yu Yureka Note will be powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core processor bundled with 3GB of RAM and Mali T720 GPU.  The handset is fueled by a massive 4000mAh battery. On storage front, the smartphone is packed with a 16GB of built-in memory that is expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card.

Running on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, the handset will be reportedly available in black color option, while, it’s sill unknown that whether it will come in other color variants. Also, it is unclear on the Cyanogen OS version.

The mention specs are based on the leaked image spotted on twitter and the Micromax’s subsidiary has yet to make many announcements so, the provided information couldn’t be said as verified, as they aren’t from credible sources.

However, earlier the smartphone with model name Yu6000 had spotted last year at GFXBench benchmark listing. It suggested that the smartphone will feature an octa-core MediaTek (MT6753) processor; 3GB of RAM; 16GB of inbuilt storage; a 13-megapixel rear camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera.
