Rajnath Singh warning Pakistan to control terrorism budding in their country

DELHI: Home Minister, Rajnath Singh said that Pakistan is not taking any action to stop terror despite being given a befitting reply. Intelligence reports said that Pakistan-based terrorists are planning to strike in India. Rajnath said that India is not afraid of any such terror attacks and will take strict action against any such act against peace.

Rajnath Singh is also very strict as US President Barack Hussain Obama is about to visit India on 26 January as a chief guest on the eve of Republic Day of India.

He told PTI, “Pakistan is not mending its ways. Despite getting a befitting reply many times, it is not mending its ways. But India is not scared of Pakistan’s threat.”

He also said that Pakistani terrorist may attack soft targets like Jammu and Kashmir. However, Singh said no efforts will be left to foil any such attempt by terrorists to disturb the peace.

He said, “For security, whatever necessary steps are required, we will take.”

Obama will arrive here on 25 for his three-day visit to India for attending Republic Day parade as a chief guest.

Lt. Gen K H Singh, General Commanding Officer (GOC), 16 Corps had said that 200 heavily armed militants are waiting on 36 launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC) on the opposite side of Pir Panjal range. He also said that there are high possibilities of that PAK try to divert the fringe elements of the home-grown terrorist group to this side of the border.

He said, “There are general inputs that terrorists might try to attack soft targets, including schools, religious places, army convoys and other civilian areas.” He further continued “They have banned many organisations. But these organisations have come up with different names. Pakistan must ensure that no terrorist organisation comes up with a new name and again start terror activities.”

According to reports Pakistan is planning to ban almost ten terror outfits. This list also includes 26/11 mastermind Hafiz Saeed-led, Jamaat-Ud-Dawa and also the dreaded Afganistan based Haqqani network.
