After getting news that Nokia is coming back with its Android handset in the market, a recent report suggested that the prices of Nokia D1C Android-powered device. It also revealed that the gadget will be launched in two variants.
Citing the speculation, the two variants of Nokia D1C will be launched at Rs. 9,999 and Rs. 12,999. The catch here is that some trusted sources are reporting that the Nokia D1C Android phone will come in two display size variants i.e 5-inch model and 5.5-inch model.
Whereas, a benchmarking site GFX Bench earlier suggested that the Nokia D1C is also a tablet with a 13.8-inch FHD display. Hence, we can expect that the smartphone with a 5-inch FHD display will be announced with a price tag of Rs. 9,999, meanwhile, the tablet will be priced higher.
Besides, the Geek Bench listing suggested that the D1C runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and powered by 1.4 GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, managed to get, 656 points in single-core performance, while, it scored 3120 in multi-score performance. The listing, however, didn’t reveal the screen size of the device but the assumptions lead to expect that the Nokia D1C sports a 5-inch display.
Last week, Nokia D1C was also spotted at Antutu Benchmark listing, which also revealed that the device will sport a 13-megapixel primary camera at rear and an 8-megapixel of selfie snapper at the front. It is also touted to feature 16GB of internal storage.
The Finnish company, Nokia in May granted HMD Global the exclusive license to create Nokia-branded Android mobile phones and tablets for the next 10 years. And for the move, the firm had received worldwide appreciation. HMD Global announced that the Nokia smartphone running on Android OS will be launched in Q1 2017.
