January 8, 2017, will witness the relaunch of SpaceX satellite. According to SpaceX, it has certainly discovered the launchpad explosion that occurred on September 1st, 2016. It is all set for the relaunch, this Sunday.
The Satellite explosion destroyed $200 million Facebook satellite, which was a major setback for Facebook, last year. According to the company reports, the main cause of the explosion was the sudden leakage of liquid oxygen which got trapped in the satellite layer and caused a devastating fire. Since liquid oxygen is explosive in nature, it even destroyed the protective layer of the rocket. This liquid oxygen set off a catastrophic explosion which caused the fire in the satellite.
The explosion was a major setback for Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg since he planned to use this communication satellite to outsource Facebook radio beams to Africa and other underdeveloped countries of the world. However, Facebook CEO confirmed to the media that they will keep on trying to set the satellite until the deprived countries of the world are capable of receiving the required signal beams.
Space X is a private communication satellite sponsored by a billionaire, Elon Musk. Mr.Elon has confirmed that his engineers have successfully eliminated the problems that were caused the last time. The configuration of the Helium containers in this new satellite is changed. The temperature of the helium gas has been controlled. And the overlapping layer has also been eliminated with other modern technology.
The successful re-launch of SpaceX satellite is scheduled on January 8, 2017, at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, USA. The entire communication satellite system is expected to provide voice and data coverage around the entire world. The engineers are expecting a successful launch of the satellite since the issues that were caused earlier are already eliminated with more advanced technology.
