Now Xiaomi users have another reason to cherish upon as Vice President Hugo Barra at the CES 2017 event in Las Vegas announced that Mi Mix will be soon coming to market in a whitish avatar. However, customers in China have to wait a little more.
Mi Mix was launched last year in collaboration with French designer Philippe Stark, in October. The set was available only in black colour initially and now the company is all set to launch the pearl whitish model of the same.
With a 91.3 percent screen to body ratio, this dual-SIM phone is designed with curved edges at the top and hence bears a bezel-less display. Unlike other smartphones those have a traditional front-facing infrared sensor, Mi Mix has been designed with an ultrasonic proximity sensor. Another centre of attraction is its piezoelectric acoustic ceramic earpiece speaker that is providing high-quality audio experience to the music lovers.
This phone supports 4G LTE and has two variants. One has been designed with 4GB RAM having 128GB storage capacity, price fixed at Rs 34, 500 roughly. Another will cost roughly Rs 39,500 having RAM and storage capacity of 6GB and 256 GB respectively.
On photography front, one can get a shot with a 16-megapixel camera while front camera has been designed on 5-megapixel of rating. The battery size is 4400mAh and it is coming with a Quick Charge 3.0 support that can super-charge your phone’s battery much faster.
This is for the first time that Xiaomi is participating in CES technology show. The company is also in the news for its announcement of launching deep learning AI TV system which they say Mi TV 4 that will give an unparallel learning experience to the viewers. The company also showcased 70+ new technology based smartphone, smart TV, smart routers and dozens of Ecosystem products related to health, fitness and other categories.
