One of the most popular electronics firms, Sony has launched its flagship Xperia smartphone for the year 2015, Xperia Z3+ in an event at New Delhi. The device has got a price tag of Rs. 55,990.
The company announced that the handset will be available for sale, starting from today. However, only the 32 GB (expandable via microSD) variant will be available in India. Meanwhile, color options like White, Black, Copper and Aqua green are also available.
The flagship phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop (out-of-the-box) supported by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 octa core processor (four 1.5GHz cores + four 2GHz cores) that is bundled with 3 GB of RAM.
It is fronted with a 5.2-inch Full HD display and a 5MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture, meanwhile the back of the device boast a 20.7MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 2930 mAh of battery, under the hood. The company claims that the original charger that comes with the device completely charges it in just 45 minutes. Moreover, both the faces are protected with Gorilla glass.
The handset comes with a single nano SIM slot it supports connectivity options like 4G LTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi with hotspot, 3G, 4G LTE, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, Micro-USB, DLNA and NF.
The waterproof Xperia Z3+ was globally unveiled in the May end and the model was launched as Xperia Z4 in Japan.
