Japanese electronics company Panasonic has now rolled out the new smartphone named Eluga Tapp in India after launching the P77 in September 2016. The new smartphone will be available via major brand outlets throughout the country with a price tag of Rs. 8,990.
Panasonic launched this phone for the budget customers with some attractive and highlighting features. The headset houses a fingerprint scanner and 4G VoLTE support to enjoy Jio services. It also comes with the integration of Android for work feature to differ work apps and personal apps from each other and protects the data also. This integration makes it easier for the user to access personal apps and work apps differently with ease.
While talking about the specifications, the Panasonic Eluga Tapp flaunts a 5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display. It comes with a 1.25GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be further expandable up to 32GB through microSD card.
Now, coming to the camera modules, the headset houses an 8MP primary camera with a 5MP selfie shooter. It supports Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Dual-Sim enabled smartphone in which one SIM slot supports both 3G and 4G whereas another SIM slot supports 2G only and the smartphone is backed by a 2800mAh battery.
Measuring 143x71x8.15mm, Panasonic Eluga Tapp weighs 138 grams and is available to the Indian buyers in two color variants- Champagne Gold and Silver Grey. The headset includes 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Wi-Fi Direct, Global Positioning System (A-GPS), and FM Radio as its connectivity options. In addition to the fingerprint sensor, it also packs with a proximity, accelerometer, and ambient light sensor.
