Samsung Galaxy A3 2017

The much rumoured Samsung Galaxy A3 has jumped a step closer to reality from rumour. It has officially confirmed that the Galaxy A3 smartphone will launch sometime in 2017, as the handset was spotted on the FCC’s certification.

The FCC listing claims that the smartphone with model number SM-A32F which was issued on December 1, 2016, has passed the certification. It is expected that the handset might be launched at CES 2017 on sometime in January. But here wSamsung smartphone SM-A32F at FCCe want to clarify our readers that it is not necessary that a phone that clears FCC’s certification will launch in the market.

The Samsung smartphone SM-A32F is touted as Galaxy A3 2017 because the model number of last year’s Galaxy A3 2016 was SM-A310F. Besides that, the listing didn’t reveal much information other than certain Wi-Fi and Bluetooth tests details.

Samsung Galaxy A7 2017 is the successor of Galaxy A3 which was released last year. Though Samsung hasn’t yet made any official declaration about this model, yet it was spotted listed on the GFXBench benchmarking website with some spilled features and specs.

Citing the earlier rumours, it is said that the Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 will be featured with a 4.7-inch 720×1280 pixels display. However, it is still unclear that whether the device will feature an AMOLED display or not. It is also expected that the smartphone will be powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-core CPU which will couple with 2GB of RAM.

Running on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system, the Galaxy A3 2017 will sport 13-megapixels of primary rear camera and an 8-megapixels of secondary front camera. The phone comparing portal, Price Raja said in a post, “Samsung will be pricing it in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 25,000. This will be a tough break for the device since there are better devices available in this bracket.”

The Samsung Galaxy A is a series of smartphones, which offers the company’s budget Android-based handsets that could be compared with the premium and pricey Galaxy S lineup. Besides, Samsung is going to launch its much-anticipated Galaxy S8 next year, those seeking a lower-cost phone should shift focus to the A3 and also-rumored 2017 A7.

All eyes are trained to the upcoming Galaxy S8, and the rumours about the designing and configuration of the phone are numerous. And, a recently sourced leak has confirmed Samsung Galaxy S8 to bear an all-screen design. If the reports are believed to be true, the bezel-less display will revitalise the same boring patterns of Samsung Galaxy flagship. However, surprisingly, the South Korean Giant is also said to ditch the iconic Home Button and Headphone Jack with the new model.
