Yet another Asus smartphone with model number X00GD has been spotted on TENAA which suggests its launch in CES 2017. The handset is expected to be Asus Zenfone 4 Max, which is touted to come with Android Nougat out of the box. The certification suggested that the handset will be unveiled in Luxury Gold, Rose Gold and Black colour variants.
The device is fronted with a 5.2-inch display with 2.5 D glass while it will have a screen resolution of 720p. The smartphone will be powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core processor and it will come in multiple variants — 2GB and 16GB, 3GB and 32GB, or 4GB and 64GB. It and will also feature a fingerprint sensor as well.
In the camera section, the unnamed smartphone will carry a 13-megapixel rear shooter with dual LED flash placed at the top left corner, and an 8-megapixel front camera. However, the main focus of the device is its battery as it comes with a whopping 4850mAh battery that can keep the phone running for up to two days on a single charge. It measures 149.5 × 73.7 × 8.85mm in dimensions, weighs in 169.5g.
Besides, Asus is expected to unveil Zenfone 4 series phones- Ultra (phablet), generic (Zenfone 4), Deluxe (top-end) in the second quarter of 2017.
