The Chinese smartphone maker, Meizu has released a teaser which clearly hints that the company will be holding an event on October 31, Halloween Day. Now we have to see that whether the company will drop a trick or a treat into consumers’ bags? It is expected that the Meizu will be launching its anticipating smartphones ranging from Meizu Pro6s to M5 in the home country.
A recent leak by AndroidPure suggested that some images of a Meizu phone has been spotted on Weibo and the handset is being alleged to be Meizu Pro6. The images shows the benchmark results of the handset.
As per the leaks and rumours, the Meizu Pro6 will be sported with a a full HD (1920×1080 pixels) display. However, it is still unclear that whether the handset will feature a 3D Press display that was fronted on the Meizu Pro 6.
The Pro6s will be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and powered by a a deca-core MediaTek MT6796, AnTuTu confirms, which is totally unexpected since this SoC (system-on-chip) hasn’t been officially introduced by the chip maker yet, and it will pack 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Previously, a Meizu smartphone was spotted on the GeekBench under the codename ‘alps M92’. The leak, however, suggested that the alps M92 will be powered by a 2.3GHz MediaTek Helio P20 64-bit octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. Now, the AnTuTu benchmark listing has cleared that the alps M92 wasn’t the Meizu Pro6s, which is already certified by the China Compulsory Certificate (CCC) recently.
