The Chinese mobile phone startup, Meizu is trying to compete with Xiaomi in India also; as the firm is looking forward to unveil its M1 Note smartphone in Indian smartphone market. Sources reported that Meizu has recently launched its official Facebook page, MeizuIndiaOfficial.
The company has posted a teaser post on its page showing an image of Taj Mahal, with a quoted message “Hello India fans”. The teaser doesn’t reveal that which phone is going to be launched by the company, however, it can be easily expected that the upcoming device will be M1 Note as it is showing in the cover picture of the page.
Moreover, analysts said that the new smartphone company can be seen in clean competition with Xiaomi and Yureka if it offers better handset quality and deals. Also, the device availability will matter the most in strengthening the roots in the country as the lack of availability of devices had been previously seen with Yu Yureka and Xiaomi smartphones.
The 4G LTE, dual-SIM smartphone runs on Flyme 4 UI based on Android 4.4.4 KitKat supported by a 1.7 GHz MT6752 64 bit octa-core processor that is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It is fronted with a 5.5-inch IGZO Corning Gorilla Glass 3 display with 1536 x 2560 of resolution and 403 ppi of pixel density and a 5 megapixel of webcam. Meanwhile, the back of the device boasts a 13 megapixel of autofocus primary image snapper, which is featured with dual-LED flash.
As far connectivity is concerned, it has LTE, 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, microUSB and Bluetooth 4.0 as options. Moreover, the smartphone is fueled with a 3140 mAh of battery that offers up to 40 hours of talk time.
