Intex Aqua 4G+ TeCake

The Indian smartphone manufacturer, Intex Technologies has launched its first 4G LTE smartphone, Intex Aqua 4G+, today. The device will be available for sale at e-commerce websites and local retail stores at a price of Rs. 9,499 in White and Black color variants.

At the launching event, Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, Mobile Business Head, Intex Technologies said, “At Intex, we are happy to now beckon a huge leap in its product portfolio by offering enhanced specifications and features in the newly launched Aqua 4G+ that simply caters to the fast emerging technological necessities in the market at a remarkable price. This innovative product comes across as a package of smart designing, tactical pricing and youthful colors all packaged for our target consumer.”

The mobile phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop supported by a 1.3 GHz MediaTek quad-core processor that is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. The manufacturer has provided 16 GB of internal storage to the device that can be expandable up to 32 GB, using a microSD card.

The Intex Aqua 4G+ handset is front with a 5-inch HD display with a scratch resistant Dragon Trail Glass and a 5 megapixel of secondary camera. Meanwhile, the back of the device boasts a 13 megapixel of primary image shooter and a 2300 mAh of battery, under the hood. The camera has features like live camera filter, front and back camera simultaneous shot PIP mode as well as Slow Motion Video.

On connectivity front, the 4G smartphone boast all standard options like 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1, GPS/A-GPS and USB 2.0. The main feature of the device is that it supports 21 Indian regional languages. It is expected by the company that the device will get attracted in the rural areas.
