Soon after the launching of the Intex Aqua Power HD 4G, the Indian handset manufacturer Intex has unveiled Cloud String V2.0 smartphone for the android lovers via Flipkart at an affordable price of Rs. 6,499 in in Silver colour and Champagne colour variants.
Intex claims that the new smartphone is the successor of Intex String HD, launched in May 2016. This new handset supports an inbuilt SOS feature for emergencies.
Mentioning the specifications, the device comes with a 5-inch On cell HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS display with 2.5D curved glass protection. It features a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with Mali 400 GPU and 2GB RAM. The smartphone provides 16GB internal storage which can expandable via a microSD card.
The Intex Cloud String V2.0 is backed by a 2200mAh battery that is claimed to deliver up to 7 hours of talk time, and 190 hours standby time. The handset offers an 8MP primary camera with features like Slow Motion video, Panorama, and HDR. The user can record video in 1080p at 30fps using a rear camera. The phone also sports a 5MP selfie shooter.
The Intex Cloud String V2.0 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and offers connectivity options such as Bluetooth, GPS/A-GPS, GPRS/EDGE, WLAN, FM Radio, Micro-USB, and 3G HSPA+ connectivity. However, it may be making bad impression on the smartphone lovers as this phone does not support 4G connectivity.
The smartphone, measuring 144.5×72.5×8.7mm, includes fingerprint scanner at the rear side of the device in a mirrored-glass enclosure. Intex Aqua Secure and Intex Aqua View are the two smartphones from Intex which are featured with a fingerprint sensor onboard.
