According to latest leaks, the leading smartphone manufacturer, Samsung is going to introduce latest Android smartphone as images of Samsung’s Galaxy J2 (2018) have surfaced online. Information regarding its price and date of release has not yet disclosed by the company. However, it is said that the device will have a price tag of around 8,500 Indian rupees.
The leaks came from a website named WinFuture.de and if leaks are to be believed, the new smartphone with number SM-J250 will come to European markets first and later it will hit Indian stores.
Samsung Galaxy J2 (2018) will be the upgraded version of its previous model, i.e., Galaxy J2 (2017). The phone comes with some unique features. These are Smart Manager and Ultra Data Saving mode. The users can now save more data by using this device. The smart Manager will help the users to save more storage space. This mode can detect and delete duplicates files and apps.
According to reports, Galaxy J2 (2018) will boast 5-inch qHD Super AMOLED display with screen resolution of 540×960 pixels. The smartphone will be power by a 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 SoC under the hood coupled with 1.5 GB of RAM. The phone will contain 8-megapixel primary shooter while it will boast 5-megapixel front camera for capturing selfies.
Rumours suggest Galaxy J2 (2018) will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and come with 16 GB inbuilt storage with an option to upgrade the secondary memory via micro SD card. Moreover, the device will be fuelled by 2600 mAH battery to supply juice for the entire day. Reports further suggest that Samsung will not include a fingerprint sensor on the smartphone; a feature which has become a norm in the smartphone these days.
