HTC Desire Eye now available in India at Rs. 35,990


It is one more time when HTC introduced a new device for selfie obsessed smartphone lovers, across the country. After a long wait HTC Desire Eye has been unveiled in India at a price tag of Rs. 35,990. The worldwide launch of the device was in October and expected to be introduced in India, in late November.

Earlier at the announcement of the phone, they have not revealed the exact price, moreover it was confirmed by the company that the smartphone would be solely sold by Amazon. However, it seems that after analyzing current statistics of Indian smartphone market, the Taiwanese giant has been changed their plan that wholly explains the delay and the offline release.

However, it is not an official announcement from the company, the reports suggest that a regular leakster, Manish Khatri from Mumbai was found to sell this smartphone. Also, he posted the original images on Facebook as proof. It is expected from the company to release the device officially any moment from now, in India.

The HTC Desire Eye boasts 13 megapixel of front facing, auto-focus camera with dual LED flash Meanwhile the device has the same 13 megapixel of rear facing camera. The smartphone is featured with a 5.2-inch 1080p full HD display, fueled with 2400 mAh battery.

Moreover, the device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat supported by 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor coupled with a 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, which expandable up to 128 GB.
