Farah ki dawat tecake

Farah Khan has recently hosted a TV series called Farah Ki Dawat where celebrities come and cook. The show’s ads are already on air, and is expected to screen on Colors channel from 22nd February onwards.

Till now several celebrities, including Abhishek Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Big Boss 8 winner Gautam Gulati, have graced the show with their participation. The recent episode was shot with Malaika Arora Khan and comedy anchor Manish Paul where Malaika has been praised to have exceptionally well culinary skills. This has come as a shocker to some, since the actress’ image of being a bombshell and a super busy woman in action.

Star couple and new parents Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh would also be a part of this culinary journey along with Boman Irani and Sonu Sood.

Farah Khan has also introduced another factor to make her show different from other culinary shows. She will be providing the celebrities with various gift hampers just like ‘Koffee with Karan’. The difference will be that these gifts will include expensive goodies like gadgets such as latest smartphones, tablets, etc. The estimation of which has been made about Rs. 5-7 lakhs.

Farah had induced this concept and after discussing it with her producers have included it as a part of the show. She said that the celebrities visiting her weren’t charging her for anything, so she thought that why not make their day with something surprising and useful at the same time.

She has launched this show after being the host of the much controversial Big Boss Halla Bol, where winners of the past and present came together to compete on the similar level. We wish her all the best for her success with this one and hope we get to see some spicy recipes and gossip stories from this show.
