West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee’s nephew has threatened to gouge out the eyes and chop off the hands of anyone who will dare to hurt Bengal’s interests.

Abhishek was addressing a meeting when he made the statement and the meeting at North 24 Paragana District and it was attended by several senior leaders from the party. Abhishek is a first time Trinamool Congress parliamentarian and dared enough to make the controversial remark.

The meeting at which he  made the remark was being organized at a distance of 30 min from the capital city Kolkata.

Abhishek threatened to gouge the eyes of anyone who would dare to even glare at them. He claimed to throw that person on road and warned that hands of the person will be chopped off. Abhishek is 27-year-old and also head the youth wing of the party. Though he made the blazing and audacious remarks but was quick to say that it is the common man who will have the final say.

Reacting to the comments, GVL Narasimha Rao, spokesperson of BJP said that they shouldn’t think that the use of such language will scare people and is they think so, there will be a revolution in state. BJP has mounted a campaign in the state for the next year’s assembly polls.

Abhishek had been in the news earlier when a young man had lunged at him slapped him while the former was at a rally.

Last year when prominent parliamentarian Tapas lal had said that if CPM will bother his workers and dares to touch even a single strand of hair of his workers, their wives will be raped by his boys then  Mamta Banerjee and Trinamool Congres hasd to face many embarrassing questions.

After several months to the incident, FIR was lodged against him.
