Trailer for one of the most anticipated movies of the year, ‘Brothers’ has released, which is not only received thumbs up from the audience, it succeeds to grab over a million views. The action drama is featured by Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles, while veteran artist Jackie Shroff will also be seen in supporting role. The trailer shows Akki and Sid as estranged brothers.
Karan Johar is producing the film under his own banner Dharma Productions. It is the first time when the 42-year-old producer is collaborating with superstar Akshay Kumar and commenting on it the filmmaker said that the wait has been worth it. At the launching event of ‘Brothers’ promo the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai director spoke to media, “Akshay was one person who I was dying to work with since two decades”.
“The wait has to be worth it and there couldn’t be better film than “Brothers”. Even Akshay will agree to this”, the director added further. Akshay is doing dare devil stunts without any body-double since 1990s which makes best him best action heroes from India.” That’s why Karan called him “an indispensable casting for the film”.
The star producer of tinsel town feels that ‘Brothers’ and Akshay’s performance will be mesmerized. He stated to the press, “When you see ‘Brothers’, you will realize that this is Akshay Kumar like never before. I’m very proud and honored to have worked with him.

“Brothers” is adaptation of the Hollywood film Warrior and the Hindi version of Warrior is slated to release on 14th August.
