Bharti Airtel, Nokia aggregate for 4G connectivity in New Delhi

People living in the heart of the country will soon avail high-speed 4G Internet Broadband as Bharti Airtel, and NOKIA has partnered together to provide 4G connectivity to the users residing in New Delhi. As per the officials reports, all of the tests have been successfully performed, and now they are waiting for the authorities to give it a green signal.

Bharti Airtel is already providing 4G services in few other cities, and with this new deal settling down the service will be expanded to six circles. On an average 4G connection gives you speed that is sufficient enough to stream an HD video without buffering, you can download and upload in few moments and everything else is just blazingly fast. Data rates of a 4G connection are almost two times than a 3G connection, and Airtel is already providing great plans at an affordable price.

According to an official statement from the company, “With our commitment to build an efficient Internet eco-system in India, we continue to introduce new technologies and strengthen our existing capabilities. Having already launched the high-speed 4G services across four circles of India, we are now looking at extending this enriching high-speed broadband experience to new circles on 1800MHz band. Our association with Nokia Networks will help us support our vision and provide a superior 4G network,” said Abhay Savargaonkar, chief technology officer of Bharti Airtel.

Commenting on that, Sandeep Girotra, Vice President and Head of Indian region stated that the company is euphoric in helping Bharti Airtel expand its 4G connectivity with TD-LTE. Company’s profound expertise in deploying FDD-LTE and TD-LTE will enable users to experience high-speed data transfer rates on Bharti Airtel network.

Most of the smartphones brands are already selling devices that are well equipped to work with 4G connectivity. However, Bharti Airtel is apparently the only telecom company that has expanded its footprint over five circles, spreading across 20 cities, in India; other companies are yet to follow the same path.
