Apple is willing to recreate the magic with the launch of 10th-anniversary iPhone edition. Similar to which Steve Jobs created ten years ago with the launch of the first iPhone in 2007. Hence, can sustain in the term of market share. Apple’s event is being viewed as the opportunity for the Apple fans and investors because the company has made the innovative smartphone launch. It was much needed in the highly innovative smartphone market, where technology is getting keep advanced.
Here are the few points which describe iPhone X in detail:
There is no ‘Home Button’ in iPhone X as the company has replaced the fingerprint sensor with the entirely new method of security which is FaceID enabled by the TrueDepth camera. This function uses the front camera, infrared camera and dot projector which maps your face using 30,000 dots which will help with Face ID. Also, it is irrespective of the changes which are superficial like wearing glasses, cutting short your hair, growing beard and so on.
The iPhone X supports edge-to-edge 5.8-inch (14.7-centimeter) “super retina” OLED display which has the resolution of 2436 x 1125 pixels, also supports features like TrueTone colours. The display also supports 3D Touch and has a finger-resistant oleophobic coating.
Apple has developed the A11 Bionic chip which comes with a 64-bit architecture, and powered by the six-core processor which has two high-performance cores and four high-efficiency cores. Also, A11 Bionic chip owns the dual-core neural engine; Currently, Apple is using these engine for its augmented reality feature sets.
The iPhone supports the much-discussed method of charging and it is wireless and fast charging. The company claims that iPhone X battery charges up to 50 percent in just 30 minutes and lasts two hours more from the earlier iPhones, which is useful for iPhone users as most of them share the issues of poor battery backup.
12 MP Dual Rear camera and 7 MP TrueDepth array camera both supporting Portrait Lighting and Portrait Mode. In the rear camera, the wide-angle lens will have a f/1.8 aperture; the telephoto lens will get a f/2.4 aperture. Both of the dual camera sensors come with optical image stabilisation. The iPhone X holds a quad LED two-tone flash unit between the two camera modules. The rear camera wonderfully shoots videos in 4K at 24fps, 30fps and 60fps and 1080p full HD videos at 30fps or 60fps. Also, users can shoot slo-mo videos at the FullHD resolution at a stumbling 240fps.

This smartphone is water and dust resistant, stainless steel around the sides along with front and back body of glass which makes the device more durable.
And it was necessary to sustain in the term of market share. Apple’s event is being viewed as an opportunity for the Apple fans, stakeholders and investors because the company has made the innovative launches in past. It was much needed in the highly innovative smartphone market, where technology is getting keep advanced. However, this time no hardcore innovation is visible.
iPhone 8 and 8 Plus: At a Galance
Apple Inc. has also launched its tradition Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus with improved processor, camera and display. The iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus both handsets are available in three colors- Space Gray, Silver and Gold. The 64GB variant is priced at Rs 64,000, while the 256GB variant will be priced at Rs 77,000. Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL smartphones
The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are already launched in the market and since their announcement, both of the handsets are receiving a tremendous response from reviewers, media and public as both of the devices come with lots of mind-blowing features that make the devices stand out from the crowd.
One of the remarkable features of these handsets includes the cloud storage offered by Google. It informed on the launch that the owners of second-generation Pixel phone would have unlimited free cloud storage for original-quality photos and videos only through the end of 2020.
This led to great confusion among the buyers of the last year’s Pixel and Pixel 2 smartphones because they were also promised to get unlimited free storage of original Quality photos and videos in Google Photos. So, in order to solve this uncertainty, Android Police reached out to Google for clarification.
When asked, Google said that all the Pixel and Pixel XL customers don’t need to worry about what happens to their photos and videos after a few years as the company would support this feature for them for life. So, it is a big relief for all the Pixel and Pixel XL owners. Actually, Google Photos is a cloud-storage service that lets users save photos and videos in two forms. First is the original image and second is the High-Quality image. Although users don’t need to pay for uploading high-quality content, Google charges some money for storing original quality photos and videos after a set limit of storage is crossed. But Google offers this storage of original quality images for free for the lifetime, with the current Pixel and Pixel XL phone.
However, the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2XL phone will get this feature by the end of 2020. And Google informed that after 2020, although the users of all the Pixel phones will enjoy unlimited original quality photo storage for lifetime, still while uploading, the images will get converted into high-quality. Here readers should note that the high-quality images are slightly lower in quality than the original Quality. S, in this context, it can be concluded that the users of Pixel and Pixel XL will be benefitted more from this unlimited, lifetime original image storage feature provided by Google as, the recently launched Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will get the feature by the end of 2020.
Google is soon going to roll out a beta version for its Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system. The general preview will be available soon in few months but very few exclusive devices will be having the access to this new operating system.
Adding to the above, VP of the engineering Dave Burke told that the team is rolling out the public beta version. The aim is to make sure all developments have gone right. He also added the list of devices those are enlisted in the Android Beta Program; Pixel and Pixel XL, Nexus 5X, Nexus Player, and Pixel C devices. The team is also expecting to prepare an update for Nexus 6P soon.
Though the beta version is accessible to the limited device, the full version of Android Nougat 7.1.2 will be available slightly later than this beta release. Also, the final release will be again accessible to those limited device listed above. However, the list does not include the name of Nexus 6 and Nexus 9. Probably they might hit the end of life status with this release.
So what’s the new addition here? Google is preparing to make lesser bug fixations and optimization. This will foster the carriers and users. On a quick note, few changes can be noted. A user will get a ‘multimedia call’ option in the dialer option. Few corrections have also been made in the Bluetooth section. The presence of “high temperature” is probably making its sense for Daydream VR mode. There are also some Verizon-specific things such as demo mode on the Pixel models.
This new beta mode may not make Quick setting visible on Pixel C devices. If the device will be connected with a physical keyboard, the launcher may crash while searching for apps. On the other hand, Nexus 6 and 9 will not receive Android 7.1.2, however, will be eligible for security updates.
If you are a die-hard iPhone fan you might go with the top end, iPhone X. But if you are planning to upgrade from iPhone 7 model to iPhone 8 model. I will strictly suggest you go with the handset what you are currently having in your hand. As this time Apple hasn’t given so much in its iPhone 8 lineup, despite, improving processor and camera.
If you are currently using a budget phone and planning to upgrade to the premium segment. Nonetheless the point whether it would be with Android or iOS, you can also consider the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S8 series and the Note 8.
In terms of photography and original quality image storage at the cloud for life time Google Pixel smartphones are recommended. However, here readers should note that the high-quality images are slightly lower in quality than the original Quality. S, in this context, it can be concluded that the users of Pixel and Pixel XL will be benefitted more from this unlimited, lifetime original image storage feature provided by Google as, the recently launched Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL will get the feature by the end of 2020.
Concluding the opinion, I would like to suggest that buy the iPhone X only if you are using an iPhone 6s or lower. Also, if you can afford the price just for the looks.
