iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3

Putting the wait to an end, Apple Inc. is finally launching its latest line of iPads in India. As per the official announcement, iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3 are going to reserve a place in the shelves of authorized Apple retailers and several other sellers across the country on 29th November. The Cupertino giant has given its fans a leverage to pre-order them before they are unboxed anywhere in the country.

iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3, both were introduced almost a month ago and are already on sale in many countries, and 29th November is the date when Apple launches it in India. It is without a doubt that both the devices have achieved some significant changes, iPad Mini 3 is lagging far behind than the iPad Air 2.

iPad Mini 3 has received some major changes but aren’t that appealing. The only visible difference in between the iPad Mini 3 and its predecessor is that there is an inclusion of Touch ID fingerprint sensor.

However, the iPad Air 2 is simply out of this world, its thinner than the iPhone 6 duo and can even beat Macbook Air in terms of performance. The A8X chip in it is unarguably the best company has ever put into a tablet, and according to some of the reports, iPad Air 2 is supposedly having 2GB of RAM bundled with the processor. It has the same 9.4-inches screen which is fully laminated and has an anti-reflective coating, it’s the first-time company has ever done it with any of its products.

Both, iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3, are available in silver, gold and space gray color options with storage variants of 16GB, 64GB and 128GB. iPad Air 2 starts at 35,900 INR and iPad Mini 3 at 28,900 INR.

During the demo at the launch event, the iPad Air 2 was able to run desktop-class applications without a trouble, and was still having enough room for other apps to go along. Although, there aren’t much of apps that are using iOS 8 API, iPad Air 2 is still a future-proof device. The App Store is slowly getting flooded with the apps that takes the full advantage of hardware that has been put into these devices.
