On Wednesday, Reliance has added a new smartphone to its Wind series. The new VoLTE-enabled Lyf Wind 7i will be available at a price of Rs. 4,999. The new 7i has been unveiled after the introduction of Lyf Wind 7.
The Lyf Wind 7i comes with a 5-inch IPS display and 720X1280 pixel resolution. The dual-sim 7i runs on a 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 210 SoC paired with 1GB RAM and an inbuilt storage of 8GB which can be expanded up to 128GB via an external microSD card.
In the camera section, the Lyf Wind 7i has a rear camera of 8 MP with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter for good quality selfies. The 7i camera features also come packed with smile detection, red-eye reduction, and continuous auto-focus.
The Wind 7i measuring 143.5x72x8.7mm and weighing 156 grammes runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The handset is backed by a 2250mAh battery which the company claims to provide up to 9 hours of talk time and up to 180 hours of standby time on 4G network.
The Wind 7i connectivity options are VoLTE, 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Micro-USB 2.0,and has sensors including accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor.
