Indian electronic Giant, Panasonic launched its P55 phablet on Wednesday with a price tag of Rs. 10,290. The smartphone which is only 7.9 mm thick sports a 5.5 inch 1280 x 720 IPS HD display, which is available in black and pearl white variants. It is a mid-range release from Panasonic with various exclusive OEM enhancements.
The device boasts 1.2 GHz quad-core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage capacity that is upgradable via microSD card up to 32 GB. It also features an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel of front-facing camera.
The company said that the phablet is powered by a 2500 mAh removable battery along with the connectivity options that includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. It is a dual SIM phone which runs on Android KitKat 4.4.2 and supports features like Pop-I Player, Gesture Play and Music Café.

Panasonic has launched this phablet after their successful launches of Panasonic T9 and Panasonic T40.

Moreover, Panasonic T9 with a 3.5-inch HVGA display, a RAM size of 512MB and a 1300mAh battery is available for sale at a price of Rs 3750. Furthermore, Panasonic T40 with a 4 inch screen, a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with a RAM of 1GB is available at a starting price of Rs.5,990.
