Panasonic P55 Novo TeCake

The Panasonic India has revealed P55 smartphone successor, P55 Novo with a reduced price tag of Rs. 9,290. It is integrated with with Peel Smart Remote app that turns the smartphone into a universal home control. It controls TV, Set-top boxes, air conditioners and other gadgets.

“With consumer priorities changing radically, we believe in enhancing  customer experience by providing them with smart technology on the go,” Manish Sharma, managing director of Panasonic India said. “With the new smartphone, we are here to to offer a new dimension wherein  the model has been specially designed to provide easy accessibility to consumers  looking for a single app to control all home devices.”

The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat that is supported by a little bit improved 1.4 GHz octa-core processor that is bundled with a 1 GB of RAM. It comes with an 8 GB of internal storage that can be expandable up to 32 GB by using a microSD card.

The handset is fronted with a 5.3-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels of resolution and a 5 megapixel of webcam. Meanwhile, back of the device boasts a 13 MP of primary image shooter with triple LED flash; and a 2500 mAh of battery, under the hood.

On the connectivity front, the smartphone supports 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS.
