Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Oppo launched its mid-range device Oppo Mirror 3, this Friday. The company confirms that the handset carries a price tag of Rs. 16,990. The handset was earlier launched in its home country, named as Oppo 3000 with same technical specifications. Also, it was reported by Oppo that the company is currently developing the Indian specific handset, which would soon be unveiled.
Oppo Mirror 3 is a dual SIM phone that runs on Oppo’s ColorOS software based on Android KitKat OS supported by a 1.2 GHz 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and Adreno 306 graphics coupled with 1 GB of RAM. The company is providing 8 GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 128 GB, using a microSD card.
As far design is concerned, the smartphone features a 4.5 inch flat display with 720p resolution sporting with 5 megapixel of front facing camera. Meanwhile, it has a curved and smooth back panel that feels quite comfortable in hands, featured with an 8 megapixel of primary camera with LED flash. Principal features of the camera are such that it captures sharp and clear images in daylight and due to its Sony IMX179 BSI sensor, Blue Light Filter and f/2.0 aperture it snaps bright images in low light conditions. It measures 68.8 x 137.6 x 8.95 mm and 126 g.
Under the hood, Oppo Mirror 3 carries 2000 mAh of battery that can juice up the device for more than a day, after one full charge. As per our technical experts, Oppo has designed the device taking the trend of gaming on the smartphones, into consideration. As the device is lightweight and boasts a high-performance processor with a decent amount of RAM, which will help the users for multitasking features or tasks. The curved design along with the sharp corners make the device look classy and comfortable to handle.
