Nokia has launched the Nokia 230 Dual-SIM feature phone in India priced at Rs.3869. The Internet enabled feature phone is now available to buy at company’s official store and via all major retailers across India.The device has a polycarbonate frame and sandblasted aluminium back cover.

The official Microsoft online store in the country has listed the Nokia 230 Dual-SIM in silver and dark silver color options. The phone also comes in single-SIM variant, which is yet to be launched in India.

Nokia 230 Dual-SIM comes with a Series 30+ Operating System and has a 2.8-inch display that comes with 320×240 pixels resolution. The phone has a 16 MB RAM and a 32 GB microSD card slot. It has 1200 mAH battery which gives 23 hours of 2G Talktime and 524 hours standby time.

On the connectivity side, the phone has micro USB port, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi and GPRS. The Nokia 230 Dual-SIM also offers a 2-MP rear fixed focus camera with 2X zoom and LED flash. There is a 2-MP camera in front which will take a decent selfie and record videos too. The phone also sports FM Radio, MP3 player and Video Player.

Microsoft has provided Gameloft Integration which will allow the user to download one game every month for a year. The phone comes with some preloaded apps such as Opera Mini Browser, Facebook, Twitter, MSN weather and Bing Search. Besides, that the phone comes with some useful tools such as Calculator, Clock, Calendar etc.

Microsoft online store is offering Cash On Delivery option and also user can call the store to place an order the new handset. The new Nokia 230 is targeted at the customers who are not exactly looking for a smartphone but a simple handset to make a voice call, to capture some photos and listen to some songs. Let’s see how this phone stands in this competitive market.
