As teased earlier, today Motorola has launched Moto X Style in India. The 16GB storage variant will be available at Rs. 29,999, while the 32GB variant is priced at Rs 31,999. The handset will be exclusively available for sale in Black and White color variants at the online retail store Flipkart and the initial stock will be sold out on pre-orders, which are commencing on Wednesday.
The Moto X Style features a 5.7-inch QHD display with 1440×2560 pixels of resolution and sports a 21-megapixel image capturing solution with f/2.0 aperture and dual CCT flash aperture; and a 5-megapixel of selfie shooter with an 87-degree wide-angle lens.
The headset runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop supported by a 1.8GHz Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor that is coupled with a 3GB of RAM. Motorola’s own apps, Moto Assist, Moto Display, and Moto Voice comes pre-installed on it.
The company claims that 3000mAh battery bundled with the handset offers a power backup up to 30 hours on standard usage, after getting it fully charge. Also, the Motorola’s TurboPower 25 feature allows the device to charge faster as compared to the other smartphones. It also comes with a water-repellent nano-coating (IP52 certified). On the connectivity front, the Moto X Style supports 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi as options.
Apart from the internal storage, both of the variants supports external media storage via a microSD card.
In addition, on purchase of new Motorola smartphone the company is offering its consumers up to Rs.15,000 off in exchange of their old smartphone, 100 percent cash back to 100 customers, Rs. 5,000 off international holidays for MakeMyTrip customers, and Flipkart electronic gift vouchers worth Rs. 1,000.
