The China-based maufacturer, Lenovo has introduced on Thursday its Yoga Tab 3, 8-inch 4G LTE and TAB2 A7-20 with a price tag of Rs. 16,999 and Rs. 5,499, respectively in India. The tablets are showcased along with the TAB2 A7-20 and PHAB Plus, which was unveiled on Amazon at Rs. 18,490, earlier this month.
The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 and TAB2 A7-20 were globally launched at the IFA, Berlin in September.
Commenting on the launch, Rohit Midha, Director – Tablet Business Unit, Lenovo India said, “Lenovo continues to stretch the boundaries of technology innovation with its commitment to user-inspired design, aesthetics and performance. With millennials accessing the Internet and using entertainment mostly on their handheld devices, these range of tablet devices serve as ideal companions.”
Lenovo Yoga Tab 3
The Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 (8-inch) LTE, ideal video tablet features an 8-inch display with 1280 x 800 pixels of resolution. It also comes in 8-inch Wi-Fi only, 10-inch LTE and 10-inch Wi-Fi-only variants.
Running on Android 5.1 Lollipop based OS, the tablet is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (APQ8009/MSM8909) processor, packed with 1GB RAM and Adreno 304 GPU.
The highlighting feature of the device is its Any Pen Technology that allows any conductive material to be used as a stylus, which allows the users to use anything from a pencil to a fork, instead of a stylus. Lenovo says it has used a different kind of glass (not Gorilla Glass) to make this feature work.
It comes with 16GB of internal storage (expandable up to 128GB), an 8 MP 180-degree autofocus rotational camera, 6200 mAh Li-on battery (claimed to deliver up to 95 days of standby time and 20 hours of talk time).
The Yoga Tab 3 also houses a pair of Dolby Atmos speakers.

Lenovo PHAB Plus
The new smartphone from Lenovo ‘offers the best of both worlds with the perfect blend of a Smartphone and a Tablet’. As is Featured with a 6.8-inch full-HD display with 1080×1920 pixels of resolution and 326ppi of pixel density and ‘customized for a one-handed use operation with an immersive gaming and multimedia experience’.
The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop-based Vice UI skin that is supported by a 1.5GHz 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor that is coupled with an Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It also boasts 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 32GB of internal storage and 3500 mAh of battery.

Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20
The Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20 is fronted with a 7-inch IPS 600×1024 HD screen, powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor, coupled with 1GB DDR3 RAM. It sports a 2MP rear camera with 0.3 MP front-facing camera, 8 GB internal memory, (expandable up to 32 GB) and a 3450mAh battery. This tablet does not support SIM cards for connectivity, however, Wi-Fi can be an option.
