The native electronics maker, Intex has unveiled yet another entry-level smartphone, Aqua V5 in the Indian smartphone market. The firm has priced the handset at Rs. 2,835 and will be available in black, grey and white color variants.
The handset comes running on Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box, which is supported by a 1GHz single-core Spreadtrum SC7715A processor bundled with 256MB of RAM and a 512MB of onboard storage. The handset also offers users to insert a microSD card up to 32GB, as an external storage.
On photography front, the handset allows users to click decent quality images with 2-megapixel of primary camera with LED flash, coupled with a VGA front-facing camera. Intex claims that the 1100 mAh of battery packed with the device offers up to 4 hours of talk time, and up to 200 hours of standby time.
As far connectivity is concerned, the Intex Aqua V5 comes with several options including 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. It boasts a 3.5-inch HVGA TFT display with 320×480 pixels of resolution.
It measures 115.9x62x11.8mm in dimensions and weighs 100 grams.
