India and US are sweating to bond up agreements on anti-terrorism information sharing, cooperation in phasing out fake currency issues and hassle free visa services for businessmen. Obama’s visit to India will apparently settle it down under the umbrella of agreements, which Indian officials are looking forward to sign.
Sources have revealed about the “conversations” that have held in between Indian and American officials over the past two months on these issues and a possibility of agreements have been rumored to be signed.
Easy visa access for the businessmen of both the countries is yet another major issue on which the two parties are looking for signing an agreement pact.
Obama will undertake a three-day travel visit to India from January 25 to indulge in conversations with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will also be the Chief Guest on the Republic Day.
The complete schedule has been set for US President Barack Obama’s travel to India. He is planned to arrive in Delhi on January 25 at 4:45 AM and then make way to Rashtrapati Bhavan at 10:10 am.
Obama will visit Rajghat at 10: 40 AM. Then a bilateral meeting will be held between him and Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 11: 20 AM at the Hyderabad House.
Following that, both the country leaders will provide statements to media at 1:50 PM and around 2:20 PM he will check out from his hotel.
Then President Barack Obama will attend a private dinner with Prime Minister Narendra Modi followed by the President’s banquet. The CEO’S summit will be attended by the President of the United States later on.
With the invitation accepted, Obama has proved to be the first US President to visit India two times.
